• Your reservation is confirmed once we receive your deposit or full payment.

• Payments accepted:
  Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Checks payable to Real Life Adventure Tours, & PayPal.

• Final payment is due 30 days prior to departure (unless otherwise noted).

• Cancellations made 30+ days in advance will receive a refund minus a small administrative fee.

• For cancellations within 30 days, we will attempt to fill your spot from a waitlist. If successful, you’ll receive a refund minus administrative costs.​

• Children prices available upon request

To ensure a smooth experience, we’ll collect the following for each guest:

• Emergency contact

• Signed liability waiver

• Vehicle information (for parking/security)

• Any special travel requests

Travel documents are sent approximately 30 days prior to departure

• Solo travelers may request a same-gender roommate.

• If a match isn’t available, you’ll have the option to upgrade to a single room for an additional fee.

• If bus is full, seating is assigned. Otherwise, seating is not assigned.

• If you have a special request, we’ll do our best to accommodate it on a first-come basis.

• Performance tickets are also assigned.

• Please let us know at registration if you have any needs related to:

  • Accessibility

  • Rooming preferences

  • Food allergies

  • Other accommodations

• We’ll do our best to make your experience comfortable and enjoyable.

• We love capturing memories! Photos and videos may be taken during trips and used for future marketing.

• Your signed waiver gives permission for this, but if you’d prefer not to be included, just let us know—we’ll respect your wishes.

We offer opportunities to share prayer requests during our trips.
You can indicate whether your request is:

• Kept private

Performances are subject to change: Real Life Adventure Tours has no control over theater modifications.

Every effort is made to follow the planned itinerary; However, it is subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

In exchange for participation in the activity of our group bus tour(s) with associated activities organized by Real Life Adventure Tours and Teri and Don Black, Suite 237, 4530 William Penn Hwy, Murrysville, PA 15668,  and/or use of travel and services of Real Life Adventure Tours and Teri and Don Black.

I agree for myself and (if applicable) for the members of my family, to the following:

1. ASSUMPTION OF THE RISKS AND RELEASE. Real Life Adventure Tours/Teri and Don Black acts only as an agent in arranging transportation, accommodations, or any optional sightseeing tours, cruises, etc. and as such are not responsible for any damages, loss, delay, injury, or accident due to weather, or any act of default of any company or person engaged in providing service included in our tours.  We reserve the right to cancel any tour or make changes in any itinerary as we deem necessary.

1. Real Life Adventure Tours, Teri and Don Black are not responsible to any person for expense, loss of time or money or other circumstance resulting from a change in itinerary or change of tour arrangements.  Any person may be dismissed from any tour at any time by the trip’s tour director, should the traveler’s conduct not be in harmony with the rest of the passengers; no further obligation will be assumed by Real Life Adventure Tours , Teri and Don Black or anyone in their employ.  Rates are subject to change due to increases in hotel, airline, or escalated fuel or operation charges.  Written policies may change.
